Licence Terms

All images and videos may only be used by GLYNT salons for the purposes of self-marketing, advertising and communication. 

 

The images and videos may not be used in the context of pornography, for defamatory purposes or other unlawful purposes.

 

Royalty-free image:

 

A royalty-free image may be used in all media without any limitations in terms of time and space.

 

Licensed image: 

 

The image may only be used in connection with the brand GLYNT. The GLYNT logo contained in the image may NOT be removed. The image may not be amended.

 

The image may NOT be used for advertising in magazines or newspapers, on packaging or for outdoor boards.

 

The following use is permissible:

• Print materials, e.g. flyers or brochures, internal salon decoration

• Use on the internet

 

It is NOT permissible to pass on the image to third parties or to use the image in another context. 

 

The rights of use for this image are limited in terms of time: 

After 31/12/2024, this image may NO LONGER be used.

 

By downloading the image, you agree to maintain strict compliance with the licence terms and you may be held liable in the event of an infringement.

 

Licensed video:

 

The video may only be used in connection with the brand GLYNT. The GLYNT logo contained in the video may NOT be removed. The video may not be amended.

 

The following use is permissible:

• Instagram, Facebook, so story or feed postings

• Internal training purposes

 

It is NOT permissible to pass on the video to third parties or to use the video in another context.
